• Their teaching methods - The teachers are usually very enthusiastic. They always encourage class participation. The also use Deductive approach where they first give the general idea to the students and then later on the students will be honed through different learning exercises that eventually teaches the students down to the examples. They would also tend to make the students understand the learning media that will help the students develop their learning abilities and generate higher order thinking skills. The methods are very much alike with how the teachers in the Philippines teach.

• Their learning materials and innovation - Teachers make their own learning materials. Hand-outs are also given during lessons so students can have hard copies of the lesson. Projectors are used in the class.

• Sources of learning and technology - They buy books from the experts in education. The ministry of education donates the technology used in Laboratories and ICT classrooms.

• Authentic Assessment - The teachers give daily exercises and conduct tests and examinations. They will then analyze the results and give remedial class if needed.
