SMP 7, Here I come!

Today, we will have our Orientation Program at UNP International Office regarding the school that we are going to be assigned to. Ma’am Ari gave us some reminders such as about what to do during earthquakes, what to do to avoid conflicts, what the community thinks about us and what will happen to us in our assigned school. Sir Ananda also oriented us about UNP. He informed us the status of their institution and the program that they are offering. Indeed, Univeritas Negeri Padang is a highly esteemed institution and they have world-class qualities. After the Orientation, Sir Ananda and Ma’am Ari told us they will bring us to each of our assigned schools respectively. All of us rode the university bus and one by one we were dropped to our assigned places. I was dropped at SMP 7 Padang, I was with my buddy, Dila, Mica and her buddy. We met the director of the school. She informed about a few reminders. I was told that I needed to wear long skirts. That was kind of a problem since I have none of those. I therefore need to buy one. My buddy said things are cheaper in the traditional market so we decided to buy one later when we come home from the school.
